The Mission of the International Cake Exploration Societe (ICES ) is to preserve, advance, and encourage exploration of the sugar arts.  ICES promotes and provides opportunities for continuing education, development of future sugar artists, and enjoyment of the art form in a caring and sharing environment
Sweet Beginnings Cake Club is a Local Club of the state chapter of ICES, the International Cake Exploration Societe, an international non-profit organization, working together to make people aware of cake decorating and the confectionary arts. Our memberships includes a varied assortment of "sugar artists" ranging from the hobbyist and home baker to professional cake decorators, caterers, and exhibitors.

Our purpose is to help spread the SHARING and CARING of cake decorating and confectionary arts within our state and throughout the world.
